Right to cancel (for online purchases)

As an online customer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. You then have a further 5 days to return the goods to us. If you cancel your order, we will refund the item cost. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless otherwise agreed. You must inform of us of your intention to cancel an order in advance via email to info@seedenvy.co.uk. We will not make refunds for goods returned without prior notice (see above) for clarification.

Returns for change of mind

If you simply change your mind after purchase, seeds must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Returns must be reported by contacting us at info@seedenvy.co.uk and returning your order within 5 days of receipt. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund any loss in value if the goods are returned in a condition other than how you received them.

How refunds are processed

Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. We aim to process refunds within 5 days of receiving the returned goods.

Seeds & Perishables

Please note that seeds are a perishable product. Once they have been opened or sown, we cannot accept a return for change of mind.

How to return goods

  1. Contact us at info@seedenvy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the goods securely, including all original packing, labels and any free gifts or bonus items.

  3. Use a tracked shipping service and retain proof of postage.

Exceptions and exclusions

  • Custom‑made or personalised seed kits are excluded from the 14‑day cancellation right unless faulty.

  • We do not accept returns of opened seed packs for a change of mind.

  • Where goods are faulty or misdescribed, we will cover standard return postage.
