Delivery Costs

We aim to dispatch your order with 24 hours of receipt of order. This may be longer during bank holiday or festive periods.

We charge a flat rate of £2.50 your order will be dispatched 1st Class, 2nd Class or 48 Hour Tracked dependant on weight, unless there is a promotion running for free postage and packing on orders over a certain value.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We truly hope you loved your order. If anything isn’t quite right, please get in touch at info@seedenvy.co.uk so we can put it right as quickly as possible.

If you’d like to return your seeds, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please ensure all seed packets are unopened, fully sealed, and in their original, resaleable packaging. To arrange a return, please email us at info@seedenvy.co.uk and return your order within 5 days of letting us know. Please note that we may deduct from your refund if any items are returned in a condition different from when they were supplied.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. We aim to process refunds within 5 days of receiving the returned goods.

RETURNS POSTAGE & PACKING COSTS MUST BE PAID FOR YOURSELF

If you need to return your seed packets, please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed smoothly:

1. Contact Us First - Email us at info@seedenvy.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will then confirm the next steps.

2. Pack Your Items Securely - Please ensure the goods are packaged securely and include:

All original packaging

All labels

Any free gifts or bonus items supplied with your order

Seed packets must be unopened and in resaleable condition unless the items are faulty.

3. Use a Tracked Postal Service - Return your items using a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage until your refund is completed.

Exceptions and Exclusions - Custom-made or personalised seed kits are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right unless they are faulty. We cannot accept returns of opened seed packets if you have changed your mind. E-Gift Cards and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
